At Geosinergia, we are looking for a Geophysical Engineer or Geophysicist to join our team, contributing their experience in data processing and the development of technological solutions applied to geophysics.

What you will do:

- Execute processing, quality control, and inversion of 2D and 3D ERT geophysical data.
- Ensure the operability, automation, and improvement of processing scripts and web-based visualization products using Python.
- Prepare detailed technical reports including inversion results, uncertainty quantification, and geological analysis.
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate geophysical methodologies into production environments.


What we are looking for:

- Professional degree in Geophysics, Civil Engineering, Geology, or related fields. • Minimum 3 years of experience using version control tools for programming (Git).
- Proficiency in software for electrical data inversion (e.g., Res2DInv, EarthImager, ResiPy).
- Familiarity with other geophysical methods (Electromagnetics, Seismic) and basic knowledge of the pyGIMLi library.
- Solid experience in Python programming, with proficiency in scientific libraries (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas) and data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Plotly, Dash).
