Chilean engineering is a fundamental driver of the country's development and the constant improvement of quality of life throughout our territory. Today, April 1, 2025, we begin a month that will mark a milestone in how we Chileans relate to these great works. We are proud to announce that this Sunday, April 6, at 10:30 PM, the new program Canal 13C will premiere on "MEGAPROYECTOS", a show in which Geosinergia will have a prominent role.
Over the course of 12 episodes, "MEGAPROYECTOS" will invite us to go behind the scenes of the design and construction process of the impressive works that have become flagship projects of national engineering. The journey will cover everything from imposing railway, energy, and mining projects to iconic works that are redefining our connectivity, such as the Chacao Bridge in the Los Lagos Region, the construction of Line 7 of the Santiago Metro, and the development of the Nueva Centinela mining project in northern Chile.
This fascinating journey will be hosted by Matías Egaña, a professional whose track record speaks for itself. A geophysicist, civil mining engineer, and holder of postgraduate degrees in geological engineering, Egaña has worked as a consultant in countries such as Albania, Malaysia, and Norway. Today, dedicated primarily to the world of tunneling—he is a Director of the Chilean Tunnelling and Underground Space Association (CTES) and a professor at the University of Chile—he felt a deep desire to bring the magnitude of these technical feats to the general public.
The technical contribution of Geosinergia
For us, being part of the first season of "MEGAPROYECTOS" is a recognition of our commitment to excellence. Throughout the series, Geosinergia will participate in several episodes, contributing our knowledge and technical perspective. We will be present primarily at locations where we have active operations or contracts, delving into how our products, services, and processes are vital to ensuring the operational and structural continuity of these megastructures.
To share this level of expertise, the program will feature on-screen appearances by four prominent members of our technical and management team:
Through their voices, viewers will understand the crucial role our company plays in monitoring and safeguarding major national projects, such as:
We invite all our collaborators, clients, and engineering enthusiasts not to miss this big premiere on Sunday, April 6th at 10:30 PM on Canal 13C. Join us on this journey through the projects that are building the future of Chile.
