Crackmeters
Developed for comprehensive kinematic recording and millimeter-precision opening control, these tools allow for the assessment of material fatigue and the issuance of shear alerts. They are vital for the supervision of historic dams, bridges, masonry walls, unstable slopes, landslide zones, and tunnels.
The technology ranges from solid cylindrical devices with cross-axial coupling and tubular gauges made of anti-corrosive steel (either vibrating wire or electric), to three-dimensional analog manual instruments for complex measurements. It also includes wire-and-pulley deformometer systems for long-distance measurements and special sensors to monitor angular displacements and widening, all with wireless cloud integration.

Benefits
Applications
Historic dams
Kinematic monitoring of cracks and fatigue in historic structures.
Bridges
Monitoring of critical widening and expansion in road infrastructure.
Masonry walls
Joint displacement monitoring and shear alerts
Unstable slopes
Monitoring strain in cracks indicative of geological faults.
Landslides
Quantification of displacement along planes of weakness.
Tunnels
Assessment of fracture progression in the vault or linings.
